Why is it over weight cause so many arguments among couples? 

 

When you are overweight the last thing you want to happen is your partner giving you a hard time about it right? As if it is not hard enough to live with this overweight problem in your own mind.

Why then? 

 

There are many reasons I could arrive at but the one that’s stands out the most is physical attraction. 

 

Why physical attraction? 

 

If you can take yourself back to when you first met as a couple I believe that in most cases primary thing that attracted you to each other.  

 

However as the years pass by we are all guilty of taking each other for granted and you must have heard the saying (he or she is twice the person I married) usually that refers to the weight problem in a sarcastic way. 

 

 Many people today lose what we call the edge with regard to relationships and the result overweight and that leads to ongoing arguments. The last thing you would want to see is partner getter fatter by the day and what ever you say it doesn’t seem to make any difference frustration takes over and bingo off you go again. 

 

 

If you don’t take action this can have a devastating effect on your life. In many cases today that is the primary reason that couples break up they are not physically attracted to each other any more the out come the sex life takes a plunge and before you know it you have lost everything.  

 

 

How do you resolve this problem? 

 

One simple word desire without that it will never happen.

This is a gift that we all are blessed with not everybody realises it but I can assure you it is present. To explain in just a few words if you can see something in your mind then it will happen in a physical sense however some people review it in a negative way and refer to it as dreaming but without dreams there would be no reality. 

 

How can I get started with visualization? 

 

A good example would be in simple words. If you visited the doctor and was told you only have 6 months to live unless you lose weight and get into a regular exercise program would that be enough motivation?  

 

Let’s create another scenario and say your wife or husband is going to leave you if you don’t lose weight or start a diet program. This is the time you can use the power of visualization see yourself as the person you want to be and it will happen.
