How
to gain muscle weight
Lose
weight gain muscle
There are two main goals
that most people want to achieve. One is to lose weight
gain muscle and the other is to learn how to gain muscle weight. It does appear that are
different ends of the scales.
One
seems to contradict the other if you want to build muscles
then you will need to take calories. If you were building a
house you would need bricks right? Let’s think of the bricks
as calories. Without bricks it is impossible to build a
house so it stands to reason you cannot build muscles
without a certain intake of calories. On the other hand if
you are trying to eliminate fat you will have to take fewer
calories. Which creates a chicken and egg situation
right?

The
trick is not to try to achieve both at the same time you are
going on the road to nowhere. Most people that want to know
how to gain muscle weight will learn that they are going to
gain some fat. The important question is how much the
balance is critical.
When
your goal is to lose weight and gain muscle it is not going
to help if you become an eating machine and turn into jaws
where you are eating all the time. The illusion is that all
the food you consume will change into muscle. Nothing could
be farther from the truth. Along the way it is impossible to
change all that food into muscle overeating will gain a
certain amount of fat no matter how much you are training.
This concept simply will not work the body is only able to
create a certain amount of muscle at once and the rest turns
to fat. There are people that are taking in more than four
thousand calories a day this is without doubt overkill and
over time result will be more unwanted fat.
So how
do you lose weight and gain muscle? The answer is simple you
only consume the calories you need to gain the muscle you
want its all about balance.
We have
all read stories to the guy who has this wonderful program
where he has managed to gain 20 pounds of muscle in the
space of around six to eight weeks. This is not impossible
but if you are new guy on the block and still learning how
to gain muscle weight then I am sorry to say this just
simply will not happen. The average person with a good
consistent training program will only gain around a pound of
muscle a week less in some cases. So you can now see to gain
20 pounds of muscle in six weeks I don’t think you can
expect to achieve anything like that.
