When you start your muscle building training it’s quite natural to be enthusiastic and that can lead to over training. You see the vision of your self to how you want to look and become inpatient to see the end result right? Wrong this is where you have to take control of your emotions be consistent and persistent but not to over train. That does not mean you that muscles will appear with no work no pain no gain is a true saying but the operative word is balance.   

In order to avoid over training we need to look carefully at the consequences you may experience. Let’s talk a close look at the nervous system effects primarily.  Loss of appetite, high blood pressure and in some cases weight loss. In many cases it can make you irritable and suffer from not being able to sleep. If you are suffering from any of the above you could be over training and you should assess your muscle building training program as soon as possible.  

Over training can also affect your hormone levels. The amount and the response in the body. It a common fact that hormones are an essential part of your muscle building training program. Over training can also have an effect on the immune system. When you start messing with that you start to pick colds flue stomach disorder and much more.  This in turn will halt your muscle building training. It’s not a good practice to continue when you are feeling poorly it will not aid a fast recovery.
